Graha Alam had no website. The logo only existed on the printed invoice book, and buyers had nowhere to see which woods and sizes were on offer before getting in touch.
Buyers see the five woods and nine standard sizes on grahaalam.net, put several sizes and amounts in a cart, and ask about all of them in one WhatsApp message.
We started from the logo on the old invoice book, then built the catalog around how factories order: wood, balok or papan, size, and an amount per kubik or per batang.
The only logo was a print on the invoice book, so it had to be redrawn to stay sharp on the web and on social media.
One order can mix several woods and sizes, so a single-item form was not enough.
Stock changes from week to week, so the site shows no prices or stock levels and every question ends in WhatsApp.
Buyers pick a size and amount on each wood card. Everything in the cart becomes one tidy WhatsApp message.
The nine balok and papan sizes are drawn from the end of the timber, so the differences show before you read the numbers.
The logo was redrawn as a vector, and the site colours come from that logo.
Graha Alam (grahaalam.net) has supplied dried timber from Tangerang since 2000: balok and papan in Meranti Merah, Kamper Samarinda, Balam, Meranti Batu and Nyatoh for furniture factories, frame exporters, door and kusen makers, and list profil makers.
We showed a few design directions first and the client picked one. The ordering flow then changed from a step-by-step form to catalog cards with a cart, because factory orders rarely ask about just one size. From brief to live on grahaalam.net took about two days.
What we built:
Figures come from the live website. Enquiry numbers are not shown yet because the site has only just launched.
Book the automation audit and we will map the best workflow to fix first.
