Studio Panda’s look and its classes were on Instagram: pastel posters with its own panda illustrations, class photos and reels. Parents got in touch through WhatsApp.
Parents open studiopandamusic.com on their phone, see what a class is like and how progress is recorded, and ask for a free trial class on WhatsApp with their child’s name already in the message. Each package has a Cek harga button for prices.
We started from Studio Panda’s Instagram (posters, palette, panda illustrations, class photos), built four concepts, then merged the parts the client liked from two of them into one site.
The pastel posters and panda illustrations on Instagram are the studio’s face, so the site had to feel like the same studio.
The client found two of the four concepts too busy on a phone. The final design keeps the simple, kid-friendly style.
Parents still need a way to ask, so each package has a Cek harga button that opens WhatsApp.
As you scroll, the book turns its pages one by one, modelled on the paper report book the studio uses.
Parents can type their child’s name, and every free-trial button to WhatsApp carries it in the message.
A small piano plays a note for each key you tap or click. Visitors who turn off motion get a complete static version instead.
Studio Panda Music (studiopandamusic.com) gives private piano lessons to children from age 4 in Suvarna Sutera, Cluster Bahana, Tangerang.
We started from Studio Panda’s Instagram: posters, class photos and reels, plus their WhatsApp number. The pastel palette was sampled from the posters, and the panda illustrations are the studio’s own, cut out of those posters.
We built four different concepts and sent one preview link with a version chooser. The client dropped two as too busy on a phone and kept the parts they liked from the other two: the simple, kid-friendly style, the class-moments gallery and the "own pace" section from one, the "3 tanda" (three signs) section and the Learning Progress book from the other. We merged them into one design.
Then came the client’s copy changes (the class format, and a package renamed Early Music Class), a Cek harga button on each package because prices are not published yet, and a fix for a phone layout bug the client caught in a screen recording on their own Android phone. The site went live on Studio Panda’s own domain five working days after the first concepts.
What we built:
Figures come from the project timeline. Trial class sign-ups are not shown yet because the site has only just launched.
