Mysie had no website. The menu, prices and how to order were spread across Instagram posts and the WhatsApp Business catalog.
Customers see the whole menu on mysiebakery.com, put what they want in an order list, and send it as one WhatsApp message with the pickup or delivery date. Cafés, offices and events have their own section, and the owner changes the menu and the seasonal homepage without us.
We started from what Mysie already had (Instagram, the WhatsApp catalog and the logo), made three website options in a day, then combined the parts the owner liked into one site.
The brand had to feel as premium online as the bread and the box, while ordering stays simple.
Menu, prices, how to order, where to pick up and the offer for businesses, in one place anyone can open.
A home of its own beyond Instagram and the delivery apps, that the owner can keep up to date.
Customers add breads, choose pickup or delivery and a date, and WhatsApp opens with the order written out. The list also counts toward the exclusive Mysie box of 6 salt breads or 4 croissants.
The owner edits the menu, categories, photos and the homepage hero. A Christmas or Lebaran hero gets start and end dates and switches on and off by itself.
Animations such as the opening and the croissant "Layer by layer" fold play once or on tap, so the site feels lively without being tiring on a phone.
Mysie Bakery (mysiebakery.com) is an artisan bakery in Gading Serpong, BSD, known for its salt bread, with croissants, cheesecakes and Roti Jadoel too. Customers pick up at Duta Buah BSD, order on GrabFood and ShopeeFood, or order by WhatsApp, and cafés, offices and events order in bulk.
Mysie sent us four things to start: their Instagram, WhatsApp Business and TikTok, the logo, websites they liked, and answers to questions we could not find on social media.
Within a day we built three website options on temporary addresses, from simple to fully animated, so the owner could try each one on a phone. Mysie did not pick just one: they liked parts of each, so we combined them.
Two more meetings for adjustments followed, and the site went live on mysiebakery.com. Six working days in total, meetings and adjustments included.
What we built:
Figures come from the live website and the project timeline. Order numbers are not shown yet because the site has only just launched.
